Large Inventories UI bug

While using Large Inventory mod I have gotten a bug that displays an item with no quality unless hovered over to see the vanilla detail box of said item. In left of attached photo I also hovered over a similar Item in this case being charcoal to show that it is above 20 (white) quality.
