There's no much wrong with this, I don't even know where to start.
1) you did not follow any installation instructions
2) tradepost mod is disabled in server manager. what do you expect to happen?
3) mods must be loaded at the end of main.cs, not at the beginning
4) tradepost server mod must be loaded after ttmod, not before.
5) client mod does not belong into server directory

Yes that is true, for now, only contributers can activate tradeposts.
