Hello! I created the admin land, registered the name in the database, I also registered it in the data / adminlands file ... but when entering the admin land, everything is still locked, how can I fix it?

<server>\data\admin_lands_abilities.xml

So it is in this file that I make changes, but they do not apply

I fix it, files need to be changed both on the server and on the client ... thanks
