Looking to try and set up an admin claim, so that anyone can use the buildings within the town, and enter it.

But it would not allow them to build, claim or destroy anything within the town.

I've been struggling to get the commands right, but I do have the admin claim down. Is there a way to get this set, or should I be setting this up differently?

There's an admin_lands xml file in the server's data directory which lets you configure a set of player permissions for each admin claim.
