change the biome

tell me how to change the biome on the map?
I want to make a winter biome in the North of the map, but I don't quite understand how this can be done.

There are no climate bioms in LiF:YO.
If you need snow, create terrain above 235m height. That's where the game adds snow itself. Otherwise you could use the terrain editor to add snow anywhere after map installation.
