I want to give starter kits for monument building to new players

just started a new server, and I would like to be able to give the basic items for building the monument to new players when they spawn, the bones, the preps, that sort of stuff. If anyone has a line up on what file that is that needs to be changed and the line items I need to add and where, that would be great. Thanks in advance.
