error in finalizing the installation of a custom map

Hello, I need help. I followed all the instructions for installing a custom map.
However in the last step where we are asked to delete the file "nm1.nmesh", when restarting the server it seems that there is a problem. The server automatically restarts and loops and then turns off.
An idea ?
