hi, could i add the server if i have a dinamic ip? or is impossible because changes every connection?

help me to understand, i cant start my connection in the mysql workbench
i set the right data: ip gameserver, port, and user and password i read in configlocal_cs file
but the connection doesn't run

in the feudal tools the connection is impossible because i am not connected with the workbench?
or fault of the ip?

i write this:

gameserver ip+port
database andress (here i write my ip right? the port? :14400?)
database name ( lif_xxxxxxx)
user and password write in the configlocal_cs
