Couldn't connect to MariaDB Database

Hello why it is impossible to enter my server in feudalTool, thank you for helping me please.
you need to add a little bit more information on how your server is hosted, which connection info you're trying to use (dont post the password) and if you've tried to connect from your home computer using heidisql or similar software.
