Hi there the live map to my server has stopped working. It was working earlier now it has stopped. I contacted my server provider and they said to contact you as its not a problem on their end. Is it possible you can resolve the issue please? I use the live map through TTMOD and my server provider is Ping Perfect.

a Livemap with such ID does not exist on our end.
Please check your server in FeudalTools Server Manager if Livemap is enabled at all.

Its blank. when I add connection info im not sure what to put in database name and database user. when I first had the map one of the operators at ping perfect done this for us.

ok I tried to add server on the dashboard and put inthe info from the sql file from my server and I got this message: Access denied on database login. Wrong credentials or missing privileges on database.

ok I managed to add my server but its not showing the custom map. its showing the original map. How do i rectify this please?

The map image of the Livemap does not match my server’s map
Newly created livemaps use the image from the Server Manager. If none is set, it will use the original map. You can upload a new map background image at any time. Login on the Livemap using your admin password and check the ‘Appearance’ tab on the configuration page.
