Restore backed up Database

Hi Experts,
i run a lif:yo server with mariadb 10.3. pouckes and Bags made from Leather are not deleteble. Mazytus wrotes, i could help to use mariadb 5.5. Now i play with a virtual machine an try to restore the Server from the Database backup. I'm not lucky. I think a have read a manual for this reason but i cannot find that. Can anyone help?
