Chat Tabs

Any way to add other chat tabs ..eg. Spanish tab so people speaking Spanish can go in there. I was asked if possible.?

Yes but it would require both server and client side mods.

What mod can i use to setup say a guild chat for guilds? I was asked today if they could have one.
