Please check if you are using the correct ServerID in config.cs
If that is not the problem, please post/upload your main.cs, config.cs and the latest server logfile.

This appears to be hosted on some home connection with ultra-high latency to EU.
I don't think this will ever work properly with your setup, sorry.
