1. Update error in the trade post GUI: saying updated server-mod is available (it not I'm using 1.3).
2. All regional mats got stripped.
3. Only showing the top half of the list for server purchase on guild lands.

I can't reproduce such issues when using 1.3 on server-side.
I can however reproduce issues with the old 1.2 version similar to that. Please verify that you are using the newest server mod.
