Server wide sales or nothing?

Global Server Market - if turned on, Server Market options are greyed out - so all of your tradeposts have the same offers.
Global Server Market - if turned off, and Server Market is enabled - all of your tradeposts have the same offers.
Global Server Market - if turned off, and Server Market is disabled - you don't have the Server Market tab at top so no way to make offers or see offers.
So it seems that if I want to have my admin tradeposts working at all on unclaimed land, I MUST have them all linked. Tradepost A buying fish and Tradepost B buying logs, etc, isn't possible.
This is with v1.1 and v1.2
What am I missing? There's only 6 buttons and 2 tabs here. Does it work differently if on admin claimed land?
