the error message is evident. The ServerID you configured in config.cs is wrong, obviously.
Please follow the installation/config instructions shown on the trading post server mod download page.

Will I get ServerID when I add a server to the FeudalTools Dashboard?
I have a server at (gtxgaming.co.uk) but I don't know what to add to "Add new Server"!
