How to import CSV files

Hey,
I wanted to import an CSV file to manage the server offers for the traiding post.
I tried to write the data in excel and convert it to CSV file, but I think the format was wrong. HeidiSQL gave me an error.
Can you give me an example how to write it in excel correctly?
