TP working on one of my servers but not working on ther other.

hi i run 2 servers and the TP works on one But doesnt work on the other even though the server provider says they are both working fine

What provider?
What do you mean "it does not work"? What error message is displayed?
Did it work before? What did you change?
What is the ServerID of the one not working?
