can you please export your `nyu_tradepost_market` table to a file with this issue present? Then we can import it to a testing server and work on this issue directly. There's no (intended) limitation for tp offers as far as I know. From the screenshot it looks like the table somehow broke. Maybe due to some character encoding for the Russian language strings. We'll have to test that.
