Hello,

TTmod is running. When I log in i can turn on paved roads, buildings etc, but when I log out, they are turned off again.
What am I doing wrong?

You are doing nothing wrong. This is default behavior.
If you want these layers to be visible in public you have to configure the permissions for anonymous / visitor group accordingly.
