According to error messages, seems to me like you are loading a mix of both 1.2 and 1.3 or something.
Please, delete all TTmod files and do a clean reinstall.
Also, do not load it from the console multiple times. Just add it to main.cs.

Worth net 1.3 With the console does not load, and through main.x Release the normal TT mode and everything will be OK!
