Totally lost here please help...

I am running a Server out of the US and am totally lost on the steps to install the Riverside Map... I have no idea where to put the files it had Me download .... I know they go into the server file manager but no clue where they go and the instructions provided by FeudalTools are lacking in that part... Im new to the LIF Server ownership... please help!!!!
