Hey there,

We're trying to do a soft wipe and have proceeded to follow everything in the provided mini tutorial but we can't seem to make it work. I have no doubt we're missing something but we're on our 3rd try today and still no success.

Our process:
So, we backed up the server files and ran the cleaning script. Afterwards, we ran the map refresh with 5 buffer for terrain and 2 for buildings and left the rest by default. We let it run and it successfully completed so we followed the instructions. First, we downloaded the server terrain files and replaced the ones in the server directory with them. Secondly, we changed the day cycle to 1 and let the server start and run its patch maintenance to the point we can successfully join the server. The problem is that we join the server and only part of it was actually cleaned. It seems the map refresh cleaned the south and part of the north of our map, leaving the rest as it was.

Yep, we thought that was the case and looked over for those possible claims but they don't seem to be the issue which is why we're so puzzled. We can definitely delete all admin claims and remake them if that's our best bet but perhaps I missed something else in the process that someone will know.

message me in discord next time you do it, ive done around 15 refreshes so far all have work pretty successfully just did one last night with no errrors.
