can not display Gameserver Address

After the server ID is successfully added. Map, player and State can not be displayed in Server Manager, please help me how to operate.

The server is in China.
Gameserver Address： 20235m78b1.iask.in:28000
Database Connection： lif_1 on 20235m78b1.iask.in:3306 as user root

I'm very sorry, but you can't use FeudalTools with servers hosted in China. It won't work properly. 
Due to Chinese Internet Regulations there's at lot of connections and traffic blocked and interrupted, making it impossible to establish a reliable connection to the gameserver database. I am actually working on blocking all Chinese IP addresses from being added to Server Manager, because they cause a lot of errors and sometimes even crashes in the backend application.. i.e. when pulling statistics information from servers.
