I keep running into a crash on FeudalTools custom map deployment to my server. I'm not great with MySQL, so I was hoping someone here could help me figure out what's causing the problem.

Hi,
your server database has closed the connection during deployment process. That's is on you to solve.
See line 904 from the logfile.
