Hi i am having a issue with getting my server online. i am renting server through bluefang solutions and on the dashboard it says running but on the live map it says offline and i can not get in to the server in game. In the command console in my bluefang dashboard it says this

What could be causing this issue and can it be fixed without having to do a wipe of the map? As i can not do a wipe because a lot of players have put a lot of time and effort into their claims on the map. Bluefang told me to ask in here as they do not help with this kind of troubleshooting.
