On our live map there is no claim information. When hovering over each claim we only see a question mark. Is there something we can do to fix this? Thanks.
We are using the feudal tools hosted live map. Here is a link to the map: https://livemap.feudal.tools/index.php?livemap_id=472
The server-mod (TTmod) is installed and seems to be functional.
Re: No Claim Info on Live Map
2Following your link, it seems fine to me at first glance. I tested in Firefox 59, Chrome 60 and Internet Explorer 11 (see screenshot)

Re: No Claim Info on Live Map
3I'm using Chrome 65. If I am not logged in I get that claim info but still have a question mark on the bottom right of my mouse. If I log in as admin I only get the question mark.
I tested using Explorer 11 and the same thing happens.

Re: No Claim Info on Live Map
4I checked and found the issue.
You have a character on your server with name "Brynjar Asgeirrson" who has a linebreak at the end of both first and last name. This breaks the script when loading the names of guild members, that's why you don't have any issue when not logged in - since display of guild members is disabled for visitors.
I'm not sure how this is possible, if the game client is somehow bugged to allow linebreaks in player names. If not, then somebody did it manually in your database. I will include a fix in the next minor update 2.4.2 to avoid such script breaking problems. But meanwhile you should really rename or delete this persons character. It might cause a whole lot of other issues, not limited to the Livemap.
