Custom Map And New Mavemesh

Hello Again :)
We are using a custom map on our server. On initial install we did not have any animals at all in the world.
I did delete the nm1.nmesh file in the /data/navMeshes/ directory. But I didnt delete the cached file that was there from a previous map we tried to use.
The forums soluton that I found told me to delete the nm1.nmesh file and the cached file and let it rebuild on restart.

Now we have an issue where the map image Im using for our livemap doesnt properly display the resource as they are on the new map. (Its my understanding that this varies from map to map and is kind of random.)

My question is (about time right? ): Is there a why for me to generate a live map image that properly displays clay pits and things?
