Riverside seamless map

Hello, I apologize in advance for my English, i have a problem after installing the card, everything is loaded normally, the map is well incorporated, but it is impossible to walk on it, the map is invisible, we swim under it. I say that even flying over the top I fall below. Thank you again for your help.
