Live map permissions issue

Hello, we have just added our server to feudal tools, set it up, and enable it. we can all log into the live map, but only myself can do everything. this is the message the others get. "You don't have permission to access this page."
It does not make sense to us because we all used the same password we set for the live map to log in, but only one of us has not been getting this issue.

Make sure you have no other livemaps opened in browser while logging in. This would auto-logout you immediately.

ok we will make sure of that.
Does that include all of us? as in. only one of us can have the live map open at a time?

No, I mean: Don't open multiple livemaps in different browser tabs or windows on the same computer simultaneously. This will cause issues.
Other than that, there's no limitation in how many people can access it. Everyone who has the password should be able to login simultaneously.

I need help I have had somebody hack the live map for life is feudal your own. And make themselves permanent GM I need to reset this and protect my account any suggestions on how to do this
