startStretchedAnimalSpawnMaintenance()

So i have tried the startStretchedAnimalSpawnMaintenance() a few times as a scheduled script and just running it straight away to spawn animals at their spawns i have waited at the spawns while running it and also waiting till 3am ingame time but no luck with it working has anyone managed to get it going?

this feature will only spawn animals if you have killed live animals. You can track the operation of this function in the server log.
