Can't access live map. check database health.

Hi i am having trouble loading up my live map. It says can't connect please check database health. How do i check the database health. the live map is to a server that has been offline for quite awhile. Would that have anything to with it? Please hlp.

It just means you're connecting the livemap to a database with no valid lifyo server information.

is that fixable? or do i need generate A new map link? or is it screwed altogether?
