We have a problem with one Guildleader, he had prove to login with his steam-account three times and than he could not login any more. It would be nice to have the option to reset it. Cause this person had the capslock on and forget to undo it. Is there another possibility to reset the tries?

The livemap doesn't handle Steam authentication, nor does it track failed login attempts. It's all done on Steam.

Thank you. This is also the solution for it. It was solved by his Steam-Account.
