Hello,

The server shows as offline but everything else seems to be working properly.
We can see the players on the live map, the claims are showing but it still says the server is offline.

Any advice?

Thanks

- Are you using a hosted livemap on FeudalTools or did you download the map script from nyuton.net and host it on your own webserver? We downloaded the map script and we're hosting it on our own server.
- If hosting yourself, did you make changes to the script or layout files, apart from config.php? Nop.
- If hosting yourself, what livemap version are you running? 2.4.2
- Is the server-mod (TTmod) installed on your gameserver? Yes.
- Include a link to your map, unless it's supposed to be private. https://livemap.feudal.tools/?livemap_id=601&s=main

So, everything seems to be working properly, just that it shows as offline on the map, I'm not quite sure what we missed.

Thanks!

eh what? You say you're running the map on your own server, but then include a link to a hosted map on feudal.tools. So you're not hosting it yourself?!

does your server have the <isPrivate> setting set so that it's not listed in the public server list?

Oh I thought they were one and the same, seems my sleep deprivation is starting to get to me.

The server is not set as private, the isPrivate setting is at: <isPrivate>0</isPrivate> <!-- =1 Will not be listed in servers browser --> so everything should be good

Seems I might've messed up installing the TTmod in our database then, could that be it? Should I remove it?

No, don't.
Can you verify that your gameserver IP and Port in FeudalTools Server Manager is correct?

Yep, all is good, matches the information the host gave us.

Is this your server ?
https://life-is-feudal.org/server/16577/

The port is definitely different from what you've entered in FeudalTools.
Try with 11577. Maybe your host made a mistake/typo there.

Hello. I have a status issue on the live map. Everything works fine, the server is NOT private, IP: PORT is identical to the server provider and yet it does not work. Do you have any tip what can be caused by this? link to livemap https://livemap.feudal.tools/index.php?livemap_id=5510

Thank you, M.
