I'm currently having an issue in that the livemap tool is showing my server as offline despite the fact it is, I've checked connection details etc and they are all correct.

The server is public etc so can't see why it is not working.

Are you using a hosted livemap on FeudalTools or did you download the map script from nyuton.net and host it on your own webserver? Hosted on my web server.
If hosting yourself, did you make changes to the script or layout files, apart from config-dedicated.php? Nope.
If hosting yourself, what livemap verson are you running? v3.1.1 latest release as per GitHub
Is the server-mod (TTmod) installed on your gameserver? Yeap.

Hi,
there seems to be nothing wrong with your livemap setup.
Most likely your webserver doesn't meet the requirements to monitor the YO server status so either you can fix that or turn the feature off completely (in config.php)

WEBSERVER REQUIREMENTS
Webserver with 64-Bit PHP 5.6 or newer installed
32-Bit is supported if php_gmp extension is enabled
SimpleXML (php-xml) and MySQLi (php-mysql) modules
Database connectivity to the gameserver database
Server must allow outgoing UDP connections to monitor server status
