Dear Newton, I added the 15th region to my test server, registered it in both the client and the server.
At me, boards and ore of the 15th region are generated during mining and sawing, but the map displays it as "unknown".

I understand that it is listed in locale\livemap_ru.xml,
therefore, it can only be changed on a card standing on its dedicated server.
