LiveMap - list of players not complete...

Recently our Livemap shows only the first online player on the list. The rest are "invisible".

What could cause the problem with Livemap on our server?
And how to fix that?

Probably TTmod isn't running on your server anymore.
Check the information tab on the configuration page to get detail information about TTmod status.
