It's best to keep it, if you don't need it, just don't use it. Other admins need this control.

I'm not saying what needs to be removed, I am saying to add such permission to the already existing ones.

No need to change. Here all excellent. Perhaps someone else has access to the control panel, and the author does not want to someone other used these functions.
