When i am logged in my Livemap the Teamspeak, Discord and Webpage links disapears.

Can they be active independently of the login-state?

No, they can not.
people with passwords for the livemap are expected to know the servers ts/discord/web links. These buttons are hidden for space reasons, cause login state adds lots of new icons to the header.
