it is maybe usefull to add options for a Map-Refesh to only remove:

- treelogs
- movable objects
- unmovable objects

outside of guild claims -> like the feature of the terrain-editor

it would be great, if we could reload previously completed Jobs.

Maybe we want to refresh only Clay-Pits with the restrictet Refresh and can reload this job, when we need to.
