I replaced them put the lif_database.sql file in and im still getting the old map do I need to put the download files on the server as well like the resource files and hotspots?

i went and tried to add my server I rent from game servers. the database info I cant get even gameservers said they wouldn't give the info to set this up I tried to open the config_local.cs file yet says I don't have permission how do I add my server if I cant get the info needed to add it.
