no known bugs of this kind.
you can trace every transaction through the admin transaction log. if you have exact info when the transaction occurred and who did it and what items were traded, it should be possible to track issues.

The gameservers host clock and the daycycle setting are really the only things that affects ingame time. Ingame time calculation is based on real-world UTC timezone clock.
