Hello, I'm attempting to access a trigger outside of one of the trigger callback functions and am not having luck. I've attempted to create a SimObject() with various bits of data, including the trigger but it doesn't seem TTmod_addTrigger returns the trigger after creation. Is there anyway to eithe...
Awesome! I was actually going to do some testing tonight because on my initial view, the console output was specifying X and Ys that I was certain were not correct based on what I was providing it. You just saved me having to loop through all objects to detect type and grab the coordinates off that!...
I saw! Thank you so much. Going to be doing some testing on my test box in the next few days. I'll let you know if I run into any issues, but all in all it looks exactly like what I was hoping for.
Interesting, maybe it's something else, any trigger I make using the GeoID doesn't work, but if I switch to x, y, and z (with a valid z), it seems to work. I'll have to try my current x, y, and z with z = 0 to test that functionality out.
I have just started using the addTrigger (thank you very much btw, very helpful), and have now run into this a few times where it doesn't seem the GeoID is properly being converted to the correct X, Y and Z coordinates, specifically the Z coordinates. Here's an example of two attempts at adding a tr...
That's a good question and I could see value in both. Circular would allow for fallen claim clean-up, rectangular would allow for more fine-tuning. I would say the rectangular would work best because getting 2 points is easy, you'd know exactly what you're cleaning up if you made an adminland out of...
Would it be possible to have a way to insert GeoIDs, like you would use to create admin lands, but instead only clean up everything within those specific areas. That way you could get a list of GeoIDs of fallen claims and have the clean-up script only perform the clean-up on those areas as opposed t...
