I recently started my own LIF YO server but my players want fast action! Please could anyone let me know how to change the skill_types setting?

I have my own server and have been playing on the Archipel 2 map. My server was hacked by some nasty competitors so I am restarting from scratch. However I am not sure what is happening as I have downloaded 4 maps from Feudal tools but all of them come out different to what they are displayed on feu...

I am trying to upload a map Archipel 2 from feudal tools but it does not come out the way it appears on Feudal tools! The same problem occurred with 4 maps that I have downloaded! Anyone know what the problem could be or what I am doing wrong?
