After reading the other thread I paid pingperfect for increased memory and CPU. The issue was immediately resolved. I deleted the navmesh file, restarted and everything worked fine.

So all of the bugs are worked out in installing the map. Players are online and everything is going smoothly.
Question 1 How do I get the livemap to display the custom map?
Question 2 I have seen where the livemap is edited to show region names, etc. How can I do that?

Managed to work out that issue.

Following all of the instructions, the server restart hangs at this point:
